How do I add a property in TATi Maui?

Go to the Properties page and click "Add Property." Enter your details, including your Hawaii State TAT ID, GET License, and Maui County MCTAT ID. These are required for accurate calculations.

Why is my tax calculation different from what I expected?

Common reasons include entering the Net Payout instead of the Gross Payout, or a missing MCTAT ID which prevents that specific tax from calculating. Check your booking figures first.

What is the difference between State TAT and MCTAT?

State TAT (11.0%) goes to Hawaii DOTAX. MCTAT (3.0%) is a separate tax paid directly to Maui County. TATi Maui tracks both independently for your records.

Can I use TATi Maui on my phone?

Yes. TATi Maui is fully web-based. Simply visit app.tatimaui.com on your mobile browser and log in. No app store download required.
