TATi Maui offers a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be billed.
1) Trial period
- Your trial begins when you create an account and start the free trial.
- Your card will not be charged until the trial ends.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.
2) Subscription charges after trial
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the recurring fee for your selected plan (monthly or otherwise as displayed at checkout).
- Charges are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription, including plan changes and cancellations.
3) Refund eligibility
Because the service is provided as a subscription with immediate access to the platform features, refunds are typically not guaranteed once a billing cycle has started.
However, we may consider refunds in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
- Service access issues caused by a platform error that prevents meaningful use of core functionality.
4) Non-refundable situations
- Failure to cancel before the end of the trial or billing renewal.
- Account inactivity or lack of usage after billing starts.
- Requests after a significant portion of the billing period has passed.
- Issues caused by third-party services outside our control (platform integrations, network outages, etc.).
5) How to request a refund
To request a refund review, please contact us and include:
- The email used for your account.
- The invoice date/amount (or screenshot of the charge).
- A brief description of the issue.
6) Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Your access may remain active until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan and billing settings.
